Happy anniversary Mom & Dad

This past Friday my parents celebrated their 60th anniversary. This evening they had family local to New York for a celebratory dinner.

I may not be local to New York but it's close enough for me to have been able to come. I am very glad I did. I got to celebrate a major milestone with my parents. I got to see my brother and sister-in-law. I got to see some cousins that I rarely get a chance to see. Totally worth the 7+ hours in transit.

Celebrate and rejoice with loved ones every opportunity you have. Happy anniversary Mom and Dad!
